Returns or Exchanges
If returned, there will be a 5% restocking fee for the Cherubum™ Personal Hygiene System (freight must be prepaid). Freight is nonrefundable.
1. Returned merchandise requires authorization by telephone or e-mail and a Lifestream RGA number.
2. Claims for shortage or damaged goods must be made within 30 days of receipt. Shorted items or damaged goods will be replaced at no extra charge to the customer.
3. All merchandise must be in the original packaging and sealed cartons. Due to the nature of this product, only UNUSED product will be returnable.
4. All returned goods must include a packing slip and must be shipped freight prepaid.
5. Refund or credit will be issued as follows:
  a. Merchandise less than 30 days old will be issued a 95% cash refund (5% restocking fee) less your freight.
  b. No cash refunds will be given after 30 days.
  c. At our sole discretion, store credit may be issued on items returned between 30 - 60 days.
  d. All sales are final after 60 days.

Shipping
Freight for the Cherubum™ Personal Hygiene System is charged at a flat rate of $195.00 for the continental United States. Freight will arrive in 3-5 days. UPS Freight has been instructed to call you, the customer, to set up a delivery time as your signature is required. Please help us serve you better by giving us the most convenient SHIP TO ADDRESS, be it home or work.

For nondomestic orders, the shipping charge will be charged at a later date, once the rate has been determined. Please call us at 971.221.7421 directly for a freight quote on nondomestic orders.
